Father and mother each filed for modification of divorce decree regarding custody of minor children and child support. The District Court entered order placing children with mother contingent upon mothers ability to obtain proper medical treatment for sons weight problem and daughters back curvature. The parties were also ordered to attend counseling concerning visitation, and fathers support obligations were adjusted. Mother appealed. The Supreme Court, Justice Hunt, held that: (1) trial court had not abused its discretion by modifying custody and visitation, and (2) determination of fathers support obligation had to be remanded for recalculation in accordance with support guidelines.
